As a Registered Nurse in the Surge Unit - 5BS, you will contribute to building acute care capacity. You will work with patients with chronic mental illness and cognitive impairments. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions
• Administer and document care in line with best practices
• Foster teamwork and effective communication among colleagues
• Supervise under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Engage in teaching and research activities as required

Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification and knowledge of safety culture
• Experience in gerontological nursing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in French is an asset
