Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and investigate all first-party automobile claims
• Deliver prompt and fair claims service to customers
• Ensure clear communication throughout the claims process




• Document pertinent information in customer records
• Initiate salvage and subrogation for certain claims

Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum requirement
• Experience in automobile claim handling is advantageous
• Proven customer service skills and familiarity with call centers
• Strong keyboarding skills for data entry
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
