You will coordinate with various operations teams to track daily performance and communicate risks to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily work assignments for warehouse associates
• Monitor area activity and report risks of missed targets
• Prepare recovery plans for performance issues with supervision




• Manage inventory levels and create requisitions in SAP
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions as necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in warehousing
• Strong Excel and SAP skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Driven in safety and operational excellence
• Flexibility with shift hours when needed
