In your position as Health and Safety Officer, you'll oversee the development and implementation of safety procedures at Sq'éwqel. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and safety audits
• Collaborate with HR on injury management strategies




• Organize safety training tailored to seasonal risks

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Background in health and safety program implementation
• Certification in Incident Command is a plus
• Willingness to maintain open communication with the team
