Make a difference this Christmas with The Salvation Army as the Coordinator for the Gifts of Hope Program. Your role will support registration and participant care.As a key player in the Christmas Gifts of Hope initiative, you will spearhead the registration process for families in need. Your duties encompass conducting initial assessments, ensuring productive data management, and collaborating with other community services.
You will actively uphold the values of The Salvation Army while fostering connections within the community.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Gifts of Hope registration efforts alongside the Casework ManagerConduct intake assessments and data entry for participantsCross-check eligibility with other service providersMaintain accurate records in the Link2Feed systemCompile and organize program statistics for reportingRequirements:Completion of high school; a diploma in human services is preferableAt least one year of relevant experience in social servicesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially data managementValid BC Class "5" driver's license with insuranceBackground in community outreach and collaborationSupport those in need during the holiday season as you coordinate essential services through The Salvation Army's Gifts of Hope.
