Position Summary

The Cashier provides exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, processing payments, and ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

Full time and part time positions are available.

Duties:

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Process cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Assemble and package customer orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and dining area.
- Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalations when required.




- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
