Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respectful service as the initial contact
• Mediate conflicts and enforce shelter expectations
• Keep the shelter secure and welcoming for all




• Facilitate meal programs and daily operations
• Use case management tools for client support
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience with vulnerable populations
• Educational background in Human Services or related fields
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Indigenous culture is an advantage
• Ability to navigate challenging environments professionally
