As an experienced Hoist-Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing crucial hoist plants and machinery. You will work on a 14-on/14-off rotation, contributing your expertise in safety practices, blueprint interpretation, and maintenance improvements. Your role will significantly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the Maintenance department at the Red Lake Madsen Mine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow secure working practices and site safety guidelines
• Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance tasks




• Repair and maintain hoist plants and associated machinery
• Provide suggestions on maintenance improvements
• Participate in maintenance shutdowns and compliance activities

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson-Millwright with Red Seal certification
• Minimum three years experience in hoist maintenance
• Valid G or equivalent Driver's License
• Mill Common Core training for underground maintenance
• Ability to lift, push, and carry 100 lbs
