Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role as a Bookkeeper involves essential tasks like invoicing, vendor management, and transaction reconciliations. Your solid organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software will be vital for maintaining financial integrity while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. You will play a key part in supporting both finance and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full cycle accounts receivable functions
• Process and verify accounts payable invoices




• Code and reconcile media invoices effectively
• Conduct credit card and project reconciliation
• Assist in general finance support as needed

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in full cycle accounting for 2-3 years
• High reliability and strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Relevant post secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Comfort with AI tools for enhanced efficiency
