Birch Mountain Enterprises is looking to hire a Working Foreman for Hydrovac for a Temporary 3 month project, with the potential to become full-time. 14/7 Shift schedule, Days and Nights. (NO flights, NO Camp)

Job Summary:
Operating from ourClients site location Fort McMurray the Hydro Vac Operatorposition involves the safe operation ofa tri-drive hydroVacunit.Operators should be mechanically inclinedand physically fit to work in all kinds of weather.Preference will be given to candidates that possess previous hydro-vac experiencein the industrial sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

OperateTri-drive hydroVacunitsin a safe and efficientmanner

Provide strong leadership to employees.

Assist with training new hires.

Must be physically able to perform tasks and work in allweather.





Completion of daily documentation including but not limited to dailylogbooks, customer work orders, field level risk assessment, pre/post tripinspections.

Follow instructions for tasks assigned by Dispatch or Supervisor.

Complete daily housekeeping of assigned truck to ensure maintenance of companyimage.

Attend dailytoolboxand safety meetings as scheduled and adhere to corporate and site safety regulations and procedures.

Maintain and operate all BME tools and equipment to the required standards andprocedures.

Ensure that all training is keptcurrent.

Follow all TDG and WHMIS standards andregulations.

Seek out continuous improvementopportunities.

Provide customer-focused services in allactivities.

Qualifications:

Possess a valid Class 3operator’s license with clean driver’sabstract

Minimum3 years experience (including up to 18 speed manual class 1 equipment)

Previous or relatedexperience operating at least three of these types of units:Water, Vacuum, Hydro, orComboVac units.

Some Leadership experience.

Minedriveexperience.

No Site bans.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS certification.

H2S Alive.

Must successfully pass BME driver’s evaluation, D&A;, and fit for duty pre-employmentscreening.
