This supervisory role will focus on overseeing and managing all accounting functions within the Residential division. You will lead the bank reconciliation process, handle treasury operations, and ensure timely month-end close activities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential as you will interact with various teams to maintain compliance and address discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily accounting operations for accuracy
• Lead reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
• Manage month-end and year-end close procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance; CPA is advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting; 2-3 years supervisory
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
