You will leverage your 3+ years of experience operating finishing graders like the Cat 14M and Cat 14H to achieve the necessary grade tolerances for road construction. Candidates must be adaptable to changing conditions and possess a solid foundational knowledge of civil road building practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motor grader for accurate road surface finishing
• Analyze and interpret site plans and survey markings
• Communicate clearly with associated gravel truck operators
• Work with foremen and other operators for smooth operations
• Conduct inspections and upkeep for grading equipment

Requirements:
• 3+ years operating finishing graders on roads
• Ability to meet grade specifications within millimeters
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license, Class 3/1 is a plus
• Safety training certifications preferred
• Physically fit for long shifts in outdoors
