As a Senior Integrated Solution Leader, you will use your extensive background to develop comprehensive training systems. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring robust training methodologies are applied effectively. Your ability to drive matrix teams and manage dual responsibilities will be key to success in this energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive training solution definitions across all phases
• Apply expert analysis in Training Needs and Media Analysis




• Guide high-level collaboration with System Architects
• Oversee risks and estimates during the training development processes
• Support defense initiatives through active stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in relevant fields
• At least 10 years in operational training program delivery
• Strong leadership in multidisciplinary training development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for international travel up to 20%
