In this full time position, directly report to the General Manager while working to implement a vibrant activities program for our residents. You will enrich lives through various social, physical, and cultural activities, collaborating with tenants to meet their individual needs. Engage your creativity and passion for seniors within a nurturing community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute diverse recreational programs
• Organize monthly schedules to enhance resident engagement
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness continuously




• Document participation and maintain activity supplies
• Drive residents for local outings and appointments
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Recreation or related field
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license and abstract required
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications must be current
• High energy and enthusiasm with a compassionate approach
• Strong organizational skills for effective program delivery
