Become a Dog Daycare Attendant at Atlas Paws in downtown Toronto. Experience a fun-filled, fast-paced environment where loving dogs is your primary duty.
In this full-time role, you'll work directly with dogs of all sizes, ensuring they are happy and safe during their time at our daycare and boarding facility. You will supervise play, manage social dynamics among dogs, and maintain a clean and organized space. Your role requires physical activity and the ability to react calmly in various situations involving our canine clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and facilitate group playtimes
• Interpret dog body language for safe interactions
• Confidently control 20+ dogs in a day
• Handle feeding, cleaning, and care tasks
• Document daily notes on each dog’s behavior
Requirements:
• Love for working with dogs, large and small
• Ability to stay active and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear communication skills in spoken English
• Availability for diverse shifts, including weekends
• Experience in dog handling or care desired
