The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC) seeks a full-time Senior Program Advisor with 3-5 years' experience in program delivery. You will design, develop, and evaluate cultural programs while conducting analysis for positive outcomes in urban Indigenous communities. Engaging stakeholders and enhancing service delivery will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth program research and needs assessments
• Analyze program activities and service quality
• Prepare provincial program impact reports
• Develop Indigenous-led,



culture-based programs
• Manage financial planning for internal budgets
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 3-5 years of program design and evaluation experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous communities and cultures
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
