Supervision

- Train others to create Super Guest Experiences
- Assist management in staffing and scheduling function to include selection, training
- Supervise performance of housekeepers and laundry attendants

General

- Responsible for the condition and inventory of supplies on housekeeping carts, in storage areas
- Responsible for the condition of vacuum cleaners and other equipment
- Refill and/or dilute cleaning chemicals as directed
- Transport trash to and empty into dumpster
- Report and document items left behind by departing guests




- Perform job duties efficiently and within labor guidelines as provided by supervisors
- Inspect prepared guestrooms for readiness
- Perform duties of a housekeeper or laundry attendant when needed
- Administer a periodic or deep cleaning program
