As a Tax Associate at Vialto, you will play a vital role in providing expert tax compliance and risk assessment solutions. Your main tasks will include preparing Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns, researching tax issues, and drafting technical memos. Engaging with clients will be key to offering effective advice on their international tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Canadian and US personal income tax returns
• Research and create tax technical memos
• Provide tax advice to clients regarding international employment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Taxation
• Experience with Canadian and/or US tax systems
• Client-facing experience in customer service
• Solid analytical and communication capabilities
• Familiarity with MS Excel and tools like Alteryx
