Key Responsibilities:
• Review work of accounts payable clerks for compliance
• Ensure procedures for payment processing are followed
• Validate invoice batches for accuracy
• Conduct month-end analysis of accounts payable transactions
• Supervise Accounts Payable staff, including hiring
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and relevant accounting courses
• Five years’ experience in accounts payable
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience reconciling general ledger accounts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
