School District No. 60 seeks a temporary Early Literacy Intervention Teacher at Hudson's Hope. Engage with students to foster essential literacy skills in a collaborative setting.

This full time role, beginning September 1, 2026, will help shape students’ educational journeys through effective literacy interventions. You will be part of a vibrant community, collaborating with peers to ensure all students thrive in their literacy acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement individualized literacy interventions
• Use data to inform teaching strategies and decisions
• Collaborate with school staff to support student development
• Conduct interactive lessons for teacher training sessions
• Evaluate student progress and adapt learning plans

Requirements:
• Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate
• Experience or training in early literacy strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
