Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement individualized literacy interventions
• Use data to inform teaching strategies and decisions
• Collaborate with school staff to support student development
• Conduct interactive lessons for teacher training sessions
• Evaluate student progress and adapt learning plans
Requirements:
• Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate
• Experience or training in early literacy strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs
