Your role will encompass the coordination of stakeholder meetings and events, the drafting of engagement materials, and the tracking of communications activities. We seek an individual who demonstrates solid organizational skills and attention to detail, facilitating robust interactions between Trans Mountain and its stakeholders in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of engagement and communication plans
• Organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder events




• Draft and update various engagement materials
• Prepare meeting notes and maintain action-item logs
• Support regulatory reporting and documentation

Requirements:
• Degree in communications, public relations, or similar
• At least two years in coordination or engagement roles
• Proficient in digital tools and Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Experience in infrastructure or government sectors preferred
