About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager,



Talent Acquisition and as a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will coach and lead recruiting professionals from sourcing top tier talent to negotiating offers. With a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates, you will leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll ensure alignment on business objectives and delivering results.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic recruitment plan to achieve the workforce needs of today and to sustainably serve our future growth

Partner with senior leaders in the business to identify organizational talent needs in a technology centered, data driven and digitally oriented organization

Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration inspiring team members to perform at their best, leveraging diverse strengths and talents to achieve shared goals

Partner with the talent brand team to position Capital One as a destination for top talent.

Deliver with impact and operational excellence in a high performing team with a process optimization and metrics driven mindset

Drive a positive candidate experience from application stage to joining on day one

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing

5+ years of experience in Client Management

2+ years of experience in People Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Robust pulse on the recruitment landscape for key
