Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all building assets, performing timely repairs
• Conduct routine and preventive building maintenance inspections
• Troubleshoot building operating and fitness system outages




• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:
• Certification as Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator
• Minimum three years' experience in building systems maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints and effective communication skills
