As a key member of our Building Science and Sustainability team, you will leverage your architectural insight and engineering knowledge to conduct detailed Building and Property Condition Assessments. This position requires a balance of technical skills, project interaction, and fieldwork to support quality and performance in building projects. Engage with clients to contribute to healthier, safer environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed property condition assessments
• Recommend design and remedial strategies




• Conduct building envelope testing and assessments
• Draft reports and AutoCAD drawings for projects
• Aid in project coordination and quality control

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Building Science or similar
• Knowledge of property assessments and ASTM standards
• Understanding of building envelopes and systems
• Experience in technical report writing and AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel and conduct field assessments
