FLINT is seeking skilled Iron Workers and Pipefitters for the Fort McMurray Capital Project from September 2026 to March 2027. Candidates should have a valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate, with a robust focus on safety and performance. This role requires proficiency in construction tasks including welding, piping, and structural installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform construction tasks, including tie-ins and bolt-up/welding
• Manage structural installations and exchangers accurately
• Adhere to safety protocols in all job functions
• Work 11-hour days with overtime after 8 hours
• Maintain communication and reliability on-site
Requirements:
• Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate required
• Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction preferred
• Safety ticket completion necessary
• Reliable transportation to the project site
• Clean driver's abstract with under 6 demerits
