Reporting to the Vice President of Systems Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program, driving configuration control processes. Your role includes maintaining product breakdown structures and managing change impact analysis. You will work with suppliers and facilitate Configuration Control Boards to align objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead configuration documentation and systems implementation
• Maintain aircraft mission systems baselines diligently




• Coordinate CM requirements with external partners
• Plan and execute configuration audits thoroughly
• Provide detailed configuration metrics to management

Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years in aerospace or related fields
• At least 5 years in technical design environments
• Familiarity with CM standards and auditing processes
• Proven success in cross-functional teamwork
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
