This position will involve managing post-secondary accounts and leading efforts to grow strategic partnerships with colleges and universities. You will report directly to the President / CEO, thus gaining a explicit view of strategic priorities while collaborating closely with internal teams to support program execution and development initiatives. New partnership identification and outreach will be key to this role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow post-secondary institution relationships
• Act as primary point of contact for industrial partnerships




• Enhance offerings through bootcamp and micro-credential initiatives
• Facilitate account reviews to capture growth opportunities
• Create detailed plans to support partnership renewals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields
• At least 5 years in account or partnership management
• Experience in North American educational sectors
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Awareness of high-visibility executive interactions
