As a key member of the Financial Planning, Analysis & Risk team, you will report to the Director of FP&A; and Risk. This senior role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, focusing on performance management and risk assessment across our real estate portfolio. You will enhance forecasting accuracy and financial reporting to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated financial models and forecasts
• Create executive reports to showcase business performance




• Translate complex financial data into clear insights
• Support requirements for lenders and JV partners
• Analyze financial and operational risks

Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in finance or accounting
• Robust expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields
• CPA or CFA designation preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
