This role is designed for a seasoned consultant experienced in hands-on manufacturing planning. Over a 20+ week engagement, you will assess, redesign, and implement improvements in planning processes. Collaborate with client teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling volatility effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and redesign production planning processes
• Analyze planned orders, shortages, and exception messages
• Improve production-order planning and scheduling rules
• Work with planners,
schedulers, and operations leadership
• Communicate progress and findings to client executives
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in aerospace or manufacturing planning
• Solid knowledge of multi-level BOMs and capacity planning
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Infor LN or SAP
• Excellent facilitation and executive-presentation skills
• Must be a Canadian citizen for security clearance
