Description

Home child care provider – Permanent, Full‑time (30 to 40 hours per week).

Lee’s family is located in North York, ON. The position is on‑site in the employer’s home, with no remote option. The work environment is non‑smoking and scent‑free. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live‑in basis; public transportation is available.

Tasks

- Supervise and care for the child.
- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Bathe, dress, and feed the child.
- Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for the child.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Prepare the child for rest periods.

Job Requirements

- Languages:



English
- Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Security and safety: Criminal record check.
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, patience, honesty.
