This role requires a blend of fun and skill development for children starting from toddler age up to 13 years. Coaches will create lasting memories while fostering a love for soccer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lively soccer practices and games
• Develop children's soccer skills and confidence
• Engage with parents through effective communication
• Create a safe and enjoyable workplace for all participants
• Organize scrimmages and skill-building activities
Requirements:
• Passionate about working with young children
• Availability for weekday evenings and weekends
• Energetic, professional, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication skills for interaction with kids
• Ability to coach physically active sessions for 2+ hours
