Join Co-op Refinery Complex as a full time Helper II Scaffolding in Regina, SK. Collaborate with Journeyperson Scaffolders while performing key duties in the Mechanical Department.
As a Helper II, you will work on-site supporting skilled tradespeople in daily scaffolding tasks. This full-time role follows a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern. You will gain hands-on experience in a critical position within the refinery’s Mechanical Department, enhancing both safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Journeyperson Scaffolders in daily duties
• Perform high-quality tasks in scaffolding operations
• Collaborate with fellow tradespersons for project success
• Follow strict safety protocols and procedures
• Complete additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade XII with science and math courses
• Superior mechanical aptitude and physical ability
• Experience in semi-skilled maintenance work is an asset
• Trustworthy, honest, and results-oriented mindset
