Lead the Enterprise Data Governance & Controls at QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on enhancing Business Controls and ensuring data governance integrity for critical operations.

As the Director, you'll report to the VP of Risk & Integrated Assurance. You'll drive the maturity of the Business Controls framework while defining and governing enterprise data. This dual mandate aims for comprehensive controls that are both provable and reliable, enhancing accountability across QuadReal’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of Business Controls framework
• Support ICFR program through all phases
• Coordinate externally with auditors for SOC 1 fieldwork
• Define enterprise data ownership and accountability




• Build governance capabilities with training and playbooks

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in data governance and controls
• Knowledge of COSO 2013 framework and DAMA-DMBOK
• Proven track record in risk and control environments
• Solid leadership skills in a build-phase role
• Ability to integrate governance in technology solutions
