The position entails managing the full lifecycle of capital construction projects and providing essential guidance to staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and training to project teams
• Plan and monitor Capital Construction Program execution
• Review and oversee tendered construction projects
• Manage external consultant contract administration




• Coordinate with regulatory and municipal stakeholders

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in asset and project management
• OACETT certification as a Civil Engineering Technologist
