We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical and operational skills to oversee our 10-suite hospice residence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Services, you will drive safe and high-quality hospice palliative care while cultivating community partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care for residents
• Lead interdisciplinary team and oversee operations

Requirements:
• RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• Strong understanding of end-of-life care
