Key Responsibilities:
• Offer L2/L3 support for banking applications on Unix/Linux
• Monitor infrastructure availability and application health
• Manage messaging systems with IBM MQ
• Ensure seamless AutoSys job scheduling and issue resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis for system outages
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years in Infrastructure/Application Support
• Expertise in Unix/Linux administration and scripting
• Solid troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• Experience in banking sector preferred
