The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is recruiting a full time Research Manager for its Forensic Psychiatry Division. Focusing on diverse research interests, you will be responsible for managing study operations, human resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration across teams and enhancing research quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of forensic psychiatry research projects
• Lead hiring, training, and oversight of research staff
• Ensure timely completion of compliance and reporting
• Support initiation and execution of multi-site studies
• Write and submit grant proposals and protocols

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field
• Three years of clinical research operations experience
• Ability to manage complex research environments
• Understanding of Canadian grant funding landscape
• Bilingualism is an asset
