Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Tooling Engineer in Windsor, Ontario, to support our New Model Team. This role combines program management, tooling coordination, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

As a Tooling Engineer, you will coordinate new product launches, track sourcing for equipment and tooling, and participate in design reviews. Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation are essential, along with a background in stamping and welding. You will manage engineering changes and mentor manufacturing engineers while collaborating with purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and follow up on new product launches
• Source and track equipment and weld fixtures
• Participate in design reviews for tooling
• Order materials for early builds and customer parts
• Manage engineering changes and approvals

Requirements:
• Experience in program management
• Background in stamping and welding
• Tool and Die certification preferred
• Degree in Engineering recommended
• Ability to mentor manufacturing engineers
