Our client is looking for an IAM Advisor to support supporting the company's IAM Modernization program from requirements and design through implementation and adoption. - 7243

7+ years of enterprise IAM experience with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Experience leading or supporting IGA strategy, vendor evaluations, requirements gathering, and platform selection initiatives (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
Deep expertise in Identity Governance, lifecycle management, governance controls, IAM architecture, and modern cloud identity platforms, supporting the company's IAM Modernization program from requirements and design through implementation and adoption.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver), access requests, approvals, provisioning, role management, access certification, and segregation of duties.
Experience developing IAM architectures, standards, governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
Knowledge of hybrid identity architectures, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud identity integration patterns.
Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity-centric security principles.
Experience implementing or integrating IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions within large, complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IAM capabilities.
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, and access governance initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting IAM modernization, identity transformation, or cloud adoption programs.
