We are seeking a skilled part-time IT Support Specialist to join our team at Classic LifeCare, Connect Partners, and Connect Communities. As a leading healthcare group with multiple branches, we continue to expand our operations and are committed to providing top-notch technical support to our users.

Part-time (Opportunity: Full-time / Permanent Position)

Schedule
1.5 shifts per week | 4 – 6 hours/day

Pay Rate
$26 – 30 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and endpoint device issues.

Deliver advanced-level support within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user account administration and service configurations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support procedures, asset inventory, and system configurations.

Collaborate with senior IT staff to elevate complex issues and support the implementation of infrastructure and process improvements.





Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive internal knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and promote end-user self-service.

Utilize a centralized ticketing system to manage, track, and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide both remote and in office technical support, training, and guidance to end-users, ensuring a positive and professional support experience.

Qualifications
Required

2+ years of experience in an IT support role or equivalent technical support setting

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory

Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals

Familiarity with ITSM tools or ticketing systems

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent

Experience in asset and configuration management best practices

Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) is an asset
