Step into a pivotal locum role supporting the Cardiac Anesthesia Division in the CSICU. You will engage with a team of eight to provide focused care for post-cardiac surgery patients using advanced techniques. Your expertise will bolster our capacity to manage a wide range of cardiac surgeries and complex cases in this high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia support in the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit
• Manage care for approximately 600 surgical patients annually
• Engage in TEE consultations for complex non-cardiac cases




• Contribute to teaching medical students and residents
• Participate in department call requirements

Requirements:
• Fellowship in Anesthesiology from Royal College
• TEE certification from National Board of Echocardiography
• Experience in cardiac critical care management
• Ability to fulfill call requirements across wide-ranging specialties
