RBC is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics & AI Strategy to lead the firm’s transformation through analytics and AI initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset and solid capabilities in end-to-end analytics, stakeholder management, and data storytelling. You'll design effective performance management processes and deliver valuable insights to senior leadership while managing cross-functional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion performance management metrics for tracking business objectives
• Lead rigorous end-to-end analysis and data-driven storytelling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities
• Own performance measurement processes, defining OKRs and metrics

Requirements:
