Join Valard Construction as a Senior Quality Manager, helping to uphold quality across Transmission projects in Canada. Manage Quality Management Systems and ensure project compliance with ISO 9001.

This role is site-based with a schedule of 20 days on and 8 days off. Reporting to the Quality Operations Manager, you will aid Project Managers in optimizing project budgets and developing initiatives. You will also mentor site teams and lead audits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Mentor project Quality Teams through site visits
• Ensure Quality Framework is established at project initiation
• Resolve nonconformities effectively and efficiently
• Communicate vital lessons learned across projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in Construction Quality roles
• Proven QA (3 years) and QC (4 years) experience
• Robust knowledge of applicable Quality standards
• Senior supervisory experience managing teams
• Proficient in MS Office tools
