Become CLIC’s Group Underwriting Best Practices and Training Specialist, working in a hybrid model to provide essential training and support to Underwriting staff. Your leadership will drive improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.
As part of the Group Perks team, this role focuses on developing and executing training and Quality Assurance programs for Underwriting. With a minimum of five years in the Group Underwriting field, you will craft effective training solutions that align with best practices and current trends. Your communication and analytical skills will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training to Underwriting staff
• Coordinate and facilitate engaging training sessions
• Create and adapt structured training programs
• Manage a robust Quality Assurance process
• Update and maintain compliant underwriting protocols
Requirements:
• Industry-related post-secondary education
• 5 years in Group Underwriting or comprehensive Benefits knowledge
• Background in adult program development
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
• Certifications such as ACS, FLMI, or CEBS are advantageous
