You will actively engage in team meetings, manage systems with integrity, and champion operational excellence across AMA's technology framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee data center hardware and software installation
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for complex processes




• Collaborate with IT teams on system requirements
• Support documentation of operational procedures and recovery plans

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
• At least three years of Desktop computing experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset
• Experience in workplace modernization initiatives
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
