Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR strategy for Fort Saskatchewan and Joffre sites

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Over 6 years of progressive HR experience
• Solid knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
• Familiarity with employment legislation in Alberta
• History of leading change initiatives in organizations
