Job Title: Service Representative – Payments Processing
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 1-2 days in office/month)
Pay: T4: $19.75/hr or INC: $23/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Repair and process incoming wire payments accurately.
- Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure proper routing.
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
- Manage daily workloads efficiently to meet end-of-day deadlines.
- Collaborate with peers and team leads across sites to ensure seamless operations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (English required).
- Flexible to work rotating shifts (7:30am–6:30pm EST).
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performance team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in financial or banking environments (e.g., teller or service rep roles).
- Knowledge of international currencies and geography.
- Previous experience with wire processing or operational analysis.
