- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
- Monitor and keep track of food stock and kitchen supplies
- Maintain work area clean and neat
- Estimate food cost and requirements
- Train other kitchen staff
Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 1‑2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Terms
Full‑Time (30‑40 hours per week), Permanent
Compensation & Perks
Wage: $17.00 per hour
Benefit: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
