We are looking for a meticulous and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB . The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling inspections and repairs confirmed by clients.

The person in this role will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, field technicians, and clients to ensure efficient execution, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.

Competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and schedule service calls and inspections, ensuring clients are proactively contacted ahead of upcoming periodic inspection due dates so nothing falls through the cracks.

Manage and optimize technicians' scheduling calendars to maximize operational efficiency and ensure field teams are deployed where they're needed most.

Identify new client opportunities and promote Hercules services,



contributing directly to business growth while deepening existing customer relationships.

Coordinate equipment rentals and other logistical requirements for installations, liaising between clients, technicians, and vendors to keep projects on track.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment records and inspection contract renewals, serving as the central point of continuity for client accounts.

Follow up diligently on after-sales service and repairs with both the service team and clients, ensuring issues are resolved and satisfaction is confirmed.

Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives that raise productivity, reduce friction, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Basic knowledge of lifting equipment

Good technical understanding (an asset)

ERP and Microsoft office proficiency

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required





At least one year of experience in industrial sales or a related customer service field (counter sales experience preferred)

Proactive, motivated, and customer service-oriented attitude

Clear communication skills with technicians and clients

Driven to achieve sales goals and develop new skills

Solid organizational and time management skills

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
