In Kingsville, ON, this position involves overseeing end-to-end packaging supply planning for US, Mexico, and Canada. You will be responsible for driving inventory reduction while ensuring the timely availability of materials. Collaborate with Sourcing and Operations, leading a dedicated team to achieve seamless demand-supply alignment and maintain high inventory visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage packaging supply plan including MRP and scheduling
• Develop safety stock policies and manage inventory targets
• Lead team in shortage prevention and resolution




• Collaborate on supplier capacity and allocation planning
• Drive S&OP; integration for optimal planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related
• Minimum 8 years of supply planning experience
• At least 3 years of team leadership
• Multi-site operational experience preferred
• Must balance service, cost, and inventory metrics
